If Atlas, the Greek god, could put down the earth for an hour to rest, he’d kick back in a lift chair recliner from Pride’s Atlas Collection.

He’d pop open one of its two hideaway cup holders and drop in a goblet of his favorite cool beverage. Then, he’d use the soft-button remote to recline all the way back, feet up, for a deep and restorative nap.

You don’t need to be a Greek god or goddess to relax like one.

The Atlas Collection from Pride Mobility offers infinite-position possibilities, including a power headrest, backrest, and lumbar support, as well as the footrest extension, all at the push of a button.

The stunning faux leather upholstery comes in three versatile colors. At Pride, we choose only the best synthetic material for its durability. Choose between Badlands Steel, Badlands Walnut, or Badlands Mushroom to accent any corner of your living space. The material is also much easier to clean.

When you’re not using them, hideaway cupholders slip back into the armrest like they were never there at all.

The lift chair supports up to 400 pounds, with a seat cushion that is 22 inches wide and 21 inches deep. Plus, infinite positioning lets you customize your comfort, to find your perfect position every time.

 

Professional On-Site White Glove Setup and Assembly

We require Professional On-Site White Glove Setup and Assembly with all of our Pride Mobility Lift Chairs and Mobility Scooters. Your item will arrive disassembled in one large, heavy box requiring setup.

Many people think that they can have a friend/family member help or hire a handyman to unload the box from the shipping truck, move it inside and assemble it. We are here to make life just a little easier as our White Glove Setup arrives via lift gate truck, or with two delivery persons, when necessary. Item(s) are unpacked and packaging debris removed from customer premises. Item(s) are assembled as needed and powered up.

Redelivery charges for missed appointments or refused products will apply. Our White Glove Setup and Delivery pricing represent delivery to a Standard Zone Area (representing 88% of the population in the United States), door to door from our warehouse within 7 to 10 days based on customer availability. Deliveries are scheduled with the customer to residential locations only and with a 4-hour delivery window during standard hours of operations.

Warranty Information for the VivaLift! Atlas

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Pride offers a lifetime warranty on the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame. Pride warrants that
the lift and recline mechanisms and chair frame on your lift chair will be free from defects under normal use and service for as long as the chair is in use by the original owner. This lifetime warranty covers the lift and recline mechanisms against metal fatigue, defective welds, and bushings.
NOTE: Pride reserves the right to replace only the part of the lift and recline mechanism or chair frame that may be defective.
SEVEN-YEAR PRO-RATED WARRANTY
For the first four (4) years from the date of purchase, Pride will repair or replace at our option to the
original purchaser any of the following parts found upon examination by an authorized representative of
Pride to be defective in material and/or workmanship:

For three (3) additional years, a pro-rated warranty will be made available for the following parts:

Pride will warrant these components with the following pro-rated schedule:
Fifth year: 25% off suggested retail price

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not extend to fabric and excludes steel frame chairs.
Pride is not responsible or obligated to pay for labor, service calls, shipping, and/or any other charges
incurred for repair of the product. All transportation costs and shipping damage incurred while submitting
parts for repair or replacement are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your authorized
Pride provider for information on the current cost associated with a service visit.
Circumstances beyond the control of Pride
Labor, service calls, shipping, and other charges incurred for repair of the product, unless
specifi cally authorized, IN ADVANCE, by Pride
Repairs and/or modifi cations made to any part without specifi c consent from Pride
Exclusions also include components with damage caused by:
Contamination
Abuse, misuse, accident, or negligence
Battery fl uid spillage or leakage
Commercial use or use other than normal
Improper operation, maintenance, or storage
IMPLIED WARRANTIES
Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fi tness for a particular purpose, are
limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any and
all other implied warranties are excluded. This is the exclusive remedy. Liabilities for consequential
damages under any and all warranties are excluded.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to
you.
This warranty gives you specifi c rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to
state.

  • Please inspect your product upon delivery. If the product is damaged or is not the correct product, please refuse the delivery. If your item was delivered without a signature and is damaged or incorrect please call Customer Service.
  • The following policy applies for STOCK LIFT CHAIRS:
    • Once accepted, the following conditions apply:
    • This item has a 20% Restocking Fee.
    • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the product must be in the original packaging.
    • The item must be in NEW AND UNUSED CONDITION.
    • All accessories and power cords included in the lift chair’s box must be returned.
    • Items canceled after the product has already shipped will be considered a return.
    • Delivery service fees, including Next-Day and Overnight shipping, Inside Delivery, White Glove Delivery and Tech Set-Up are not refundable.
  • Return Process:
    • Request an RA (Return Authorization) from within 10 business days of delivery acceptance.
    • Once the RA has been issued from, ship the item back to the address noted on the RA within 15 business days.
    • Once the product is received it will be inspected for damage and signs of use. If item shows any signs of use, is unfortunately not able to issue a refund. In the event your item is not returnable we will contact you and you can decide if you’d like it shipped back. You will be responsible for shipping fees to get the item back to you.
    • Once approved, your refund, minus any restocking and freight fees, will be issued to your original form of payment.
